The Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Desk team!
We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Supervisor wanting to assist in ensuring all our guests have a wonderful stay at the world leading hospitality company Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon.

As the Front Desk Supervisor you will…
1. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting the team to reach common goals
2. Assist FOM in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department.
3. Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees and guests.
4. Assist with hiring and coaching staff
5. Serve as a role model in all areas, promoting uniform standards and good practice
6. Preparation of letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
7. The entry and retrieval of information contained in computer databases and the use of a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations.
8. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail.
9. Maintain computer and paper-based filing and organisation systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
10. Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
11. Speak with others using clear and professional language including appropriate telephone etiquette.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
