As Procurement and Contracts Manager, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic procurement function, overseeing diverse areas of spend such as facilities, IT, M&E, FM, estates, retail, and CAPEX. You will work closely with the Procurement Lead to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient procurement service tailored to the unique needs of our prestigious sites and its stakeholders. You'll quickly become the go-to person for advising on value for money, best practices, and supplier contracts, all while making a tangible impact on some of the most famous historic landmarks in the world. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Expertise : Bring your knowledge of public sector procurement to the table, managing a broad range of indirect spend categories, including Retail, Estates, IT, Facilities, and more. Commercial Acumen : Lead supplier negotiations with gravitas, energy, and drive, ensuring contracts provide optimal value for the organization. Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, acting as a trusted procurement advisor. Compliance & Policy Management : Ensure that all procurement activities align with organizational policy, maintaining compliance at every stage of the process. Autonomy & Collaboration : Manage multiple projects independently while being part of a small, collaborative team. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in Public Sector Procurement and supplier contract management. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills. Stakeholder engagement experience across various categories, including Retail, Professional Services, Estates, IT, and FM. Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative environment. A clear and confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Part or full MCIPS qualified This role is based 2 days per week in East London, so please only apply if you're able to commute on these set days.
