Role Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of BetVEX’s social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content across platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram. This role is pivotal in amplifying BetVEX’s brand voice and engaging a loyal community through innovative content strategies and active engagement.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms, a passion for esports and Web3, and experience managing multi-platform campaigns. They should excel in team management, creative strategy, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize engagement and growth.
Expectations and Renumeration
BetVEX is looking for someone who is able to work part-time and contribute 20 hours per week initially.
BetVEX is initially looking for this role to run up to a successful first round of funding. An evaluation will then take place regarding extending the duration of this role post-raise, based on the performance of the successful candidate.

* A talented individual looking for vital industry experience but hasn’t been afforded the opportunity thus far.
* An individual with good experience and some free time wanting to gain token allocation for an emerging protocol.
Must-Haves
* Social Media Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing and growing social media accounts, particularly in esports or Web3.
* Esports Familiarity: Knowledge of esports culture, events, and audience behaviours.
* Content Strategy: Strong knowledge of planning, creating, and executing successful social media campaigns.
* Engagement Focus: Proven ability to foster and grow online communities, ensuring high levels of engagement.
* Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze social media metrics, providing actionable insights.
* Creativity: A flair for creating engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience.
* Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with other team members, including content creators, graphic designers, and advisors.
