As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are looking for a General Manager, to join our team, to assume responsibility for the region. Job Purpose: You will manage the s ervice and s ales with in the region to agreed KPI’s, while complet ing all daily activities to meet required targets and ensur e that all routine visits, follow ups and callouts are completed efficiently, effectively, and according to contracted specifications. You will be required to carry out escalation visits at customer premises with ongoing infestation and carry out contractual and non-contractual quality audits where required. With full responsibility for your region, you will need to m aintain an adequate number of technicians, who are trained to the company standards; ensuring that all tasks are undertaken and costs are being managed. You will also have full accountability for achieving agreed company sales goals and targets within your region, utilising all the sales resources made available to you. Key duties: Improve and manage regional performance to improve retention and profitability of contract I dentify and implement opportunities for improvement within own region and wider team. C omplete customer reviews as required. I dentify contracts at risk, understanding the reasons why and then ensuring risk is reduced. Ensure all contract Quality Audits are undertaking in line with customer expectation. Carry out escalation visits to customer premises that have ongoing infestation to devise and implement action plans to resolve pest infestations Weekly inspection of all booked in visits to ensure work schedule is maintained and ensure s effective technician route planning. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and complete appropriate documentation. Drive sales opportunities via self-sold or lead submissio n Mentor and develop Service Managers. Regularly monitor and measure workloads and allocate this evenly/fairly across technicians within team. Determine and monitor the provision of competent staff to secure quality of Service to include r ecruitment and selection Promote our Home Safe E veryday philosophy by ensuring compliance within region to company H&S policies and p rocedures.
