We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Central Controller to join our team. In this key role, you will oversee and manage customer service requests, allocate work to engineers, and ensure smooth daily operations—all while maintaining excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:
1. Ensure breakdowns and defects are processed, dispatched and updated as per Service Level Agreements or as detailed in process documents.
2. Ensure customer expectations and Service Level Agreements are met and adhered to at all times.
3. Ensure administration work is processed and procedures are adhered to as detailed in process documents.
4. Ensure information sent to customers is accurate and in line with company requirements.
5. Ensure accounting and operational deadlines are met.
6. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all procedures, company documentation and reports.
7. Ensure computer and operational system records are maintained effectively.
8. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
9. Undertake any other duties which the company from time to time may reasonably request.
10. Comply with all aspects of ISO 9001:2015 under your remit.
11. Work closely with internal teams to ensure all bookings are completed successfully.
What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative, operations, or customer support role.
2. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
5. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
