Sales Administrator
Location: Camberley
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Monday – Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
My client who is based in Camberley is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. My client is a leading FMCG food-related company that can offer good career prospects and other benefits. Duties
1. Communication with customers by email, apps, and phone.
2. End to end Sales Order Processing.
3. Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required information is complete. Coordinate with various departments, such as our Imports team, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
4. Point of contact for the Sales Team out in the field.
5. Answer customer calls, enquiries, and complaints in a timely manner.
6. Lodging orders in Sage 200 – amending accurately as required.
7. Timely track and tracing to ensure rapid dispatch.
8. Liaising with Dispatch, Couriers, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and haulage companies.
9. Investigation of credit requests, raising of credit and collection notes with set KPI timescales.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service.
11. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
