What’s in store for you:
Picture this: You’ll be the superstar responsible for finding the hottest candidates for contract positions for our global clients. We need someone who's ready to channel their inner detective and become the Sherlock Holmes of resumes! As your career progresses, you’ll have the opportunity to work as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager.
On a day to day, you'll be:
* Scouring the land (or just LinkedIn) for top talent and screening them like a pro by phone.
* Coordinating interviews
* Building a treasure trove of candidate relationships— we’re talking Monopoly-level real estate here!
* Keeping our internal systems updated
* As your career progresses to the next level, you’ll be networking like it’s a party and everyone’s invited—all while expanding client relationships
* As you grow, you’ll be identifying goldmines of new business opportunities
Do you fit the bill?
* You’ve preferably got at least a year of experience in IT recruitment or a phone-based sales gig
* You have great communication skills and have a drive to succeed that could light up a small city!
* Attention to detail is your middle name, and you're results-driven
* You bring energy and curiosity to the table
* Fluent in English (and if you speak another additional language, even better!)
