The successful candidate will be expected to have: Substantial senior leadership experience, preferably with experience of developing a number of specific areas across a whole school. Experience in raising standards of teaching and learning across a whole school. An interest and enthusiasm for the continued development of the very best curriculum and ARR system to fully meet the needs of all our students. An enthusiastic desire to take a lead role in managing this unique educational establishment on our split-site provision, catering for students whose primary needs are associated with their wellbeing and both mental and physical health. A passionate commitment towards raising standards of progress and attainment of all our students, regardless of barriers, during all lessons and by the end of each Key Stage. A keen interest in working collaboratively with all our partners to help our students and families make a successful transition back to mainstream education. Excellent interpersonal skills to develop positive relationships across our school, including with pupils, colleagues, parents, governors and the wider school community. Note: The ability to communicate effectively in the spoken language of English is an essential requirement for this role.
