Key Responsibilities
* Provide a range of support to the HR operations team which includes Head of ER, Head of HR Operations, HR Business Partners and HR Advisors
* Provide admin support for disciplinary and grievance cases including arranging meetings, note taking, and preparing outcome letters
* Assist with the management of long term sickness cases
* Administer the resourcing approval process
* Support with the pay award process and incentive scheme implementation
* Maintain accurate and compliant records
* Create reports and presentations
* Support the HR team with queries from the business
* Supporting other areas of the HR team with peaks in workload
* Any other duties within capability as required
* Support wider HR projects and initiatives

Experience & Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Part way through studies in HR or Business with an HR specialism
* Strong numeracy skills
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages - excel, word, PowerPoint
