Hours: 37 hours per week, not term time, 52 weeks per year.
Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, various shifts between 8am - 6pm.
Salary: £19.19 - £19.74 per hour.
Education Resources are committed to the care and welfare of young people in a childcare environment. We are looking to recruit a Team Leader to join our existing Early Years Teams.
You will work as an enthusiastic, effective member of an early years team supporting, leading, and motivating staff to nurture children and create stimulating learning opportunities that deliver a high-quality child-centered early years provision which meets the needs of our youngest children and their families.
You will be an innovative educator who will work in partnership with others to lead and develop the service.
Minimum Requirements:
* SVQ3 level 3 Childcare & Education, OR
* SVQ Level 3 Children's Care in Education and Learning, OR
* HNC Childcare in Education, OR
* NNEB
You will also be required to meet the registration requirements of a Practitioner with SSSC and be currently registered.
