We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders. ππ§
Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently. βοΈ
Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations. π
Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities. πΌπ‘
Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. πβοΈ
Skills and Profile Required:
Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications. βοΈ
Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail. ποΈ
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. π€π
Must Drive.
Benefits:
Competitive salary Β£25,000 - Β£27,000 per annum, depending on experience. πΈ
