I currently have the pleasure of working with an award-winning, design led Architectural practice who are looking for a Senior Architect or Technologist to join their team in central Leeds and play a key role their Retail Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and work on multiple high-profile projects, driving innovation and excellence across the sector. You'll work closely with our Retail Sector Lead, overseeing project delivery through all RIBA Stages, ensuring technical excellence while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\nYour Role\n\nYou'll be at the heart of the Retail Team, collaborating with a dynamic group of professionals on a range of projects across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:\nLeading projects and working collaboratively to deliver outstanding results for clients.\nEngaging in project reviews and coordination workshops.\nPreparing detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software.\nConducting site visits and surveys to gather key project insights.\nEnsuring compliance with building regulations, zoning laws, and industry standards.\nCoordinating with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.\nProviding technical support and mentorship to junior team members.\nStaying ahead of industry trends, sustainable design principles, and best practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nQualified Architect/Technologist with a minimum of 5 years' experience.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other key design software.\nStrong technical knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building systems.\nPrior experience with Retail sector projects.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nDetail-oriented mindset with a passion for precision.\nA proven ability to manage and successfully deliver projects.\nFull clean Driving licence.\n\nBenefits\n\nHybrid Working (up to 2 days WFH)\n25 days annual leave plus Birthday day off\nWorkplace pension scheme\nPrivate health insurance\nPublic transport season ticket loans\nDeath in service scheme\nProfessional membership subscriptions\nContinuing professional development (CPD) training\n\nIf you feel you meet, or know someone that meets the requirements for this role, we would love to hear from you! \n\nApply directly to this role or reach out to contact Danielle Vermeer at (url removed) or call on (phone number removed)
