Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Plan, develop, and implement HR strategy for a large but still family-feel business.
* Be heavily involved with the recruitment processes in the business.
* Ensure written procedures are in place along with supporting documentation.
* Attendance/performance management alongside training and development identification.
* Support team managers with grievance/disciplinary issues.
* Liaise with the H&S function to provide line managers with up-to-date information on HR policies and H&S procedures.
Your Skills and Abilities:
1. CIPD Qualified.
2. At least 5 years of experience in an HR Management role.
3. Experience working with a recruitment sales team.
