What you’ll be doing:
1. Answering calls from individuals looking to join the British Army
2. Responding to online webchat enquiries
3. Accurately updating the internal database
4. Escalating any problems or issues that may occur
5. Responding to candidate questions regarding various stages in the recruitment process
6. Supporting team members as and when required
What we’re looking for:
7. Previous customer service skills - face to face or over the telephone
8. Computer literate using Microsoft Office Suite
9. Adaptable to in house database
10. Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage
11. Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently
12. Good communication skills
