Customer Success Executive - Education
Our client is a leading software provider selling into schools across the UK; their SaaS-platform allows for school-specific services to be booked and managed by parents/guardians, providing transparency and insight into the students’ activity.
They are a fast-growth start-up and are looking for an Customer Success Executive to support their continuous growth; the Customer Success Executive will be responsible for overseeing an existing set of accounts across the education sector, maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in their Berkshire-based office.
Responsibilities
* Maintain & develop existing customer accounts, building long-term relationships & providing exceptional customer service
* Maintain up to date CRM system as well as documenting all account management processes
* Maintain positive relationships with both internal and external teams e.g. onboarding team, supply partners etc.
* Support continuous business & product growth by identifying areas/opportunities for development
* Create & present timely reporting for customers and partners
* Deliver on commercial KPIs to support overall business sales strategy
The Successful Candidate
* 1+ year professional experience required
* Candidates with experience in customer service focused roles & a connection to the education sector is ideal
* Candidates with a background in teaching (teachers, teaching assistants, other school-based positions) are encouraged to apply
* Graduates with a teaching degree / education-related course will also be considered
* Commutable to their Berkshire office 2-3 days per week
Customer Success Executive Package
* Basic salary: £26,000-30,000
