Job Title: Early Years Educator
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our dynamic team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children in early years settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
* Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
* Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom organization.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent), desirable, not essential.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
