The Role & Opportunity As a Recruitment Consultant, your role will be varied and dynamic, including: Sourcing Top Talent – Engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, marketing, and direct contact. Building Long-Term Relationships – We prioritise partnerships over transactional sales. Business Development – Identifying and securing new opportunities with existing and new clients. Branding & Marketing – Using video content and LinkedIn to enhance both the company’s visibility and your own professional presence. Client Engagement – Conducting meetings via video or on-site visits to strengthen business relationships. Managing the Recruitment Process – Overseeing administration, interviews, and successful placements.
