Duties:
1. To lead a learner-focused approach to Apprenticeship Recruitment across the group.
2. To lead on actively recruiting candidates to Apprenticeships via events, marketing activity and collaboration with employer-facing roles and curriculum departments.
3. To lead on actively advertising recruitment vacancies via all available platforms in line with agreed processes in order to maximise attraction of great candidates to Apprenticeship roles.
4. To collaborate with employer-facing roles to drive Apprenticeship growth in line with strategic aims and objectives.
5. To actively track and support all Apprenticeship applicants in line with agreed protocols.
Skills/Experience:
1. Understanding of Apprenticeship standards and their benefits to both employers and candidates.
2. Understanding of recruitment processes, candidate matching, and basic candidate assessments.
3. Excellent personal organisation and diary management.
4. Knowledge and experience of the DAS system.
Qualifications:
Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English & Maths or equivalent.
