An experienced Autocentre Service Manager is required for our busy centre in Northampton.
Salary: Basic salary £35,000 to £38,000 plus bonuses OTE £48,000 +

Role: Customer focused, front of house role with a focus on MOT, service maintenance and repair.
The role is to fully manage a busy Autocentre, part of a major national repair chain. The Autocentre Service Manager will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the workshop and MOT lanes. The goal is to achieve, or exceed, the branch monthly MOT, labour and parts targets while delivering the very best customer experience.
The Autocentre Service Manager role requires a strong management style. The candidate will be expected to understand the structure of a business, business processes, site profitability, workshop loading, targets, and how to achieve them. Above all, the Autocentre Service Manager needs to demonstrate the ability to effectively manage and build a first-class team of Technicians and MOT Testers.
Experience: Either franchise or independent experience required, with a mixture of both being desirable.
