The Great British Card Company (GBCC) is one of the UK’s largest independent card publishers supplying customers including large UK supermarkets, high street specialists, garden centres, and post offices both in the UK and via distributors overseas. We publish and sell 20 million cards across everyday and seasonal occasions such as Christmas and Mother’s Day. Additionally, we supply gift wrap, gift packaging, and gift stationery. Operating out of our modern facilities near Gloucester, we strive to ensure that we continue to have the best product assortment for our discerning customers.
We have an opening in our warehouse for an experienced operative with a fork lift truck (counterbalance) license. This role will cover both goods in (stock delivery, customer returns, and non-stock delivery) and goods out (customer orders) in a FMCG environment. There is also responsibility for ensuring that the stock for order picking areas is kept replenished and that the whole warehouse area is maintained clean, tidy, and safe for all who work there.
We are looking for someone who can play their part in ensuring all stock and orders flow smoothly and also understands the importance of maintaining accurate stock records. If you feel this is a role for you, then please apply.
GBCC operates an equal opportunities policy to ensure that we do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, marital status, colour, race, religion, ethnic or national origin, age, or disability when recruiting people or promoting existing employees.
