Senior Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer
We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Senior Lawyer/Conveyancer to join our Residential Property department, to be based at our Shrewsbury office and/or South Shropshire Offices. Day to day you will be expected to advise on a variety of Residential Conveyancing matters.
This role also provides ample opportunity for candidates looking for career progression into a supervisory role with particular focus on management and supervision of junior employees in the department.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to effectively manage your own caseload using the case management system,
2. Advising on a variety of Property matters including New Builds, Leasehold and Shared Ownership,
3. Develop new and existing caseloads in matters of Residential Property,
4. Assist the Head of Department with supervising and training junior employees in the Residential Property department,
5. Drafting legal documentation whilst complying with relevant case law and SRA/CQS regulations,
6. Provide excellent client care in line with PCB Solicitors standards,
7. Build strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Minimum of 5 years+ PQE (Post Qualification Experience),
2. Highly organised and precise attention to detail,
3. Experience with MS office applications,
4. Ability to work under pressure and retain high levels of confidentiality at all times,
5. Proven internal and external communication skills,
6. Offer sound legal advice to a diverse client base,
7. Experience using case management and legal systems,
8. Maintain your continuing professional development requirements,
9. Work in a collaborative manner within the team and wider firm,
10. Have a positive approach and strong work ethic.

Schedule:
· Monday to Friday (35 hours).
Ability to commute/relocate:
· Shrewsbury and/or South Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Experience:
· Property Law Advice: minimum of 5 years (required),
· Experience working in a Residential Property department (required),
· Managerial/Supervision experience of a department is an advantage.
· £45,000.00 to £Competitive Salary – to be discussed at interview stage.
