What to expect asa Senior Deputy Manager:

To support the implementation of the EYFS including overseeing planning and record keeping

Promote andfacilitate partnership with parents, carers and families

Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatorybodies and other agencies

Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies andpractices
-
Assistwith the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff and parents.
