This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of internal communication strategies, ensuring clear, engaging, and impactful messaging is delivered across a multi-site organisation. As a key member of the corporate marketing team, you will develop staff newsletters, define communication strategies, and ensure consistent messaging across hospitals. Your role will be essential in driving employee engagement, strengthening company culture, and ensuring internal communications align with business values and goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: ✔️ Review existing internal newsletters and communication processes. ✔️ Collaborate with senior leaders & hospital management teams to create effective communication plans. ✔️ Develop an internal communications strategy to ensure key messages reach all employees. ✔️ Implement a structured content-sharing process across internal platforms. Content Creation & Management: ✔️ Write, edit, and proofread engaging internal communications. ✔️ Produce and manage eNewsletters, internal emails, and announcements. ✔️ Develop social media content for internal platforms. ✔️ Maintain a content calendar for consistent and timely employee updates. Stakeholder Collaboration: ✔️ Build strong relationships with senior leadership & hospital management to align communication efforts. ✔️ Work closely with HR, Marketing, Engagement, and Operations teams to ensure messaging consistency. ✔️ Act as a liaison between employees and management, facilitating two-way communication. Reporting & Analytics: ✔️ Track and measure the effectiveness of internal communication strategies. ✔️ Provide regular reports on employee engagement and communication impact. ✔️ Use data-driven insights to continuously improve internal messaging. What We’re Looking For: ✔️ 5 years’ experience in Internal Communications within corporate or large organisations. ✔️ Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage. ✔️ Excellent writing, editing & proofreading skills – strong attention to detail. ✔️ A relevant degree (Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or similar). ✔️ Proficiency in content management tools & newsletter creation software. ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships at all levels. ✔️ Project management skills – ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ✔️ A creative mindset – bringing fresh ideas to enhance internal communications.
