Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Multichannel Fulfilment Assistant Manager to join its thriving Store Fulfilment in Knightsbridge, our flagship store. As the new Assistant Department Manager, you will work 40 hours a week in our Knightsbridge store. Please note this is a Maternity cover position for 12 months.

About the role…
As Assistant Department Manager, you will be the first point of contact for your team across two online fulfilment systems, overseeing the CIS desk, fulfilling IBTs, as well as interacting with customer services, security, and head office multichannel teams daily.
* Manage the fulfilment team across two online fulfilment systems
* Interact with customer service teams to ensure operations run smoothly
* Oversee the Customer Information System desk
* Work alongside customer service, security, and Head Office Multichannel teams daily
* Problem solve and work under pressure
* Provide ongoing training and coaching for your team
* Take accountability for finding resolutions to customer queries and complaints
* Develop a high level of product and store knowledge
* Work closely with your team and celebrate achievements
Desirable skills
* Demonstrable experience in a similar customer-facing role
* Experience in management or mentoring
* Familiarity with our brands and products
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
