As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell-out.
2. Motivate, mentor, and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Control costs and manage store operations such as stock, payroll, administration, and rotas.
4. Monitor KPIs and team performance by running reports and updating the District Manager on action plans.
5. Analyze commercial data and take appropriate actions to achieve KPIs.
6. Assist with team training and share product knowledge.
7. Recruit and induct high-caliber team members who are passionate about denim.
8. Demonstrate passion for the brand and embody our values.
9. Manage and develop your team effectively, with a proven track record in team development.
10. Previous managerial experience in driving KPIs and controlling costs in a fast-paced retail environment.
11. Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
12. Experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties effectively.
