People (HR) Business Partner – BrisDoc Healthcare Services
Job summary
As a People Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a strategic and operational HR service to designated business areas, including GP Practices and Business Services. You will work closely with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, manage complex employer relations cases, and implement HR solutions that align with organisational objectives. This role also includes leading and coaching HR Coordinators, championing diversity and inclusion, and contributing to a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

Main duties of the job
1. Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, drive workforce planning, and support change management.
2. Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
3. Lead and develop HR Coordinators through coaching and mentoring, fostering continuous improvement and best practices.
4. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across HR practices while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
5. Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing HR insights and supporting organisational initiatives.
