The Job:
As Head of Practice / Rural Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing a well-established rural surveying practice in East Yorkshire. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to overseeing operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality land management services. You will be expected to take full responsibility for the development of the practice, implementing innovative strategies to enhance its reputation and secure long-term success. A key part of the role will involve maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that the firm continues to provide exceptional service to its clients.
In addition to business development, you will manage and support a high-performing team, offering guidance and leadership to ensure professional growth and success. You will be instrumental in shaping the future direction of the practice, bringing fresh ideas and a results-driven mindset to the role. The Candidate:
We are looking for an experienced professional who is RICS registered and has a strong background in Land Management. The ideal candidate will have a passion for rural surveying, a proven track record in delivering exceptional client service, and hold a full UK Driving License.
