Your Responsibilities: Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference
* Leadership: Provide guidance, motivation, and support to your team, ensuring they deliver the best possible care for the children.
* Therapeutic Oversight: Oversee and manage therapeutic interventions that support the emotional, mental, and physical well-being of the young people in your care.
* Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and providing a safe, nurturing environment.
What We re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a blend of experience and passion. Specifically, our client is looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
* Qualifications: Ideally holds, or is working towards, a Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a children s home setting, with 12 months in a supervisory role.
* Skills: A proven track record of leadership, with the ability to inspire and manage a team while delivering excellent care.
* Flexibility: Those with a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (Young People) or equivalent Level 4 qualification, currently in a Deputy Manager role, are encouraged to apply.
A Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to the location and nature of the work.

What You Need to Succeed
* Qualifications: Ideally, you will hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 qualification in Children, Young People, and Family Practitioner.

* Flexibility: We welcome candidates with a Level 3 or Level 4 NVQ who are currently in Deputy roles and are ready to advance.
