Job Description
1. Achieving sales targets and managing major accounts, driving business development opportunities.
2. Developing new business opportunities and action plans for new purchase order placement.
3. Monitoring sales activity on major contracts and reporting weekly on targets, gaps, and recovery plans.
4. Maintaining detailed knowledge of products, market trends, and competitor activity, advising the Director of Sales on significant developments.
5. Leading conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with long-term agreements, conducting quarterly customer reviews to align with P&L objectives.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Fluent knowledge of written and spoken German.
2. Strong experience in sales and account management within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
3. EU and UK travel will be an essential part of this role; the ideal candidate must be willing to travel overseas on a weekly basis.
