Job summary The States of Guernsey is looking for a Staff Nurse (Band 5) to work within its Adult Community Services. The Service provides assistance in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for clients. This position will require the post holder to work in the clients homes without direct supervision. They will also be required to assist with the management of caseloads in order to provide a high quality service as well as providing assistance in the supervision, deployment and teaching of staff and student nurses. You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team acting as a mentor, preceptor/supervisor.
