Our Internal Communications team in the East Midlands are seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to support for maternity cover on a 12-month fixed term contract. As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, you’ll be the maestro of our internal messaging, orchestrating a symphony of content that resonates with our 1500 people (and growing). You’ll own the content and channel strategy and deftly manage a varied and large pool of stakeholders, ensuring that our communications are not only informative but also engaging and aligned with our strategic priorities. With your insight-forward approach, you’ll develop compelling campaigns and ensure everyday content keeps our people informed and inspired. You’ll do this by: Owning the content and channel strategy, annual comms activity and campaign plan - walking the comms tightrope on tiptoe Taking overall ownership of the IC content calendar, prioritising and managing volume with focus Developing great relationships with regular contributors and new stakeholders alike, using your solution-focused mindset to help guide them to the right approach Leading on major communications campaigns, from Benefits windows to our Tech re-platforming programme Knocking out comprehensive comms plans and get stakeholders truly jazzed about your multi-channel approach Supporting our IC Specialist to make sure our daily delivery is on point and keeps hitting our industry-besting standards Building strategies for new channels, including intranet and news page Telling compelling stories about our insight trends and unlocking data to help us evolve our content, channels and platforms It’s a meaty role as you continue to educate the whole business, ensuring we’re delivering comms that are slick, informative and really matter.
