We all know that the role of a chef is challenging. Long Hours, hot kitchen, high expectations all add up to a high stress environment. However, we strive on it and work together to get through every shift providing the highest level of service. We are a close-knit team, and we socialise together often. The owner is a chef himself and understands the challenges and so although expectations are high like in all kitchens we offer as much flexibility to the team as possible. With three pubs in the Southwest there is a lot of career development available whether you are a new chef with ambitions to grow or a Head Chef with plans to become a future owner.
