As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the one picking up the phone, making deals, and bringing in the business. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll use TikTok to help clients grow their customer base and stay ahead of the competition. It’s a sales-driven role, and the clock’s ticking. You’ll be expected to bring in clients and help them unlock the power of TikTok. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Development Representative (BDR): Make outbound calls to high-end restaurants, food businesses, and eco-conscious brands — selling them on the idea that TikTok is their key to more clients. Get on the phone, make connections, and show businesses how TikTok can drive growth and boost their client numbers. Research businesses, identify the decision-makers, and persuade them to get on board with TikTok marketing. Use your own phone to drive outreach and secure meetings — no excuses, just results. Track your progress and leads through CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen. Keep yourself ahead of the curve by staying on top of social media trends and how they can benefit our clients. Social Media Marketing Specialist (TikTok Focus): Develop and execute TikTok strategies to help businesses acquire more clients. Get them on TikTok, get them results. Create TikTok campaigns that grab attention, drive engagement, and convert followers into paying customers. Work directly with clients, developing TikTok strategies that get them noticed and generate real business growth. Produce cutting-edge social media content, leveraging TikTok to capture attention and grow client bases. Use TikTok analytics to continually adjust campaigns — ensure we’re getting results, and if we’re not, change it up until we do. Build relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to ensure campaigns get the visibility they deserve. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in sales and cold calling. You know how to sell, and you know how to bring in business. Comfortable using your own phone to reach out, make calls, and close deals. You understand TikTok. You know how it works, and how to use it to get real results for businesses. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for managing your leads and sales pipeline. A natural communicator. You know how to persuade, negotiate, and build rapport — whether on the phone or through social media. You’re self-driven, with the hunger to succeed. You won’t wait for instructions; you’ll make things happen. Passion for social media and digital marketing, and the ambition to be a part of something big.
