About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students individually and in small groups. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate a student-centered learning environment, assist with classroom activities, and ensure the unique needs of each student are met.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of SEND Teaching Assistant you will:
* Demonstrate the ability to build strong rapport with students and create a positive learning environment.
* Have prior experience working with children and young individuals with SEND.
* Possess excellent communication and behavior management skills.
* Be prepared to provide suitable references and undergo a DBS check
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* SEND Experience
