Retail Events Manager
The retail events manager is responsible for overseeing retail operations and coordinating events to drive customer engagement and increase brand awareness.
The role requires a blend of retail management experience, event planning expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
The retail events manager will lead a team to ensure smooth daily operations, meet sales targets, and create memorable customer experiences through well-executed events.
Key responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations.
Achieve sales targets.
Analyse sales data and monitor performance against KPI's
Collaborate with marketing operations and external vendors.
