Techniche Global is supporting an engineering defence company in appointing an Apprenticeship Coach for their Training and Apprenticeship services contract with the MOD. Company's training division provides end-to-end training solutions for the MOD. The roles are to cover the South West Region (reporting base site could be across various location and may include, but are not limited to: Tidworth, Lyneham, Warminster, Colerne, Larkhill and Bulford). They have 2 xFixed Term Contracts (52 weeks) and 1 x permanent role, all offering a salary of £36,400 plus benefits. Any expenses for travel, mileage etc will be paid.Key Responsibilities of the Apprenticeship Coach:
1. Meet Key Performance Indicators, schedule visits, and complete required documentation.
2. Support, motivate, and coach apprentices to complete all program components on time, meeting organizational and regulatory requirements.
3. Monitor and review learner progress per customer expectations.
4. Manage learner sign-up, induction, and compliance with company, ESFA, Ofsted, and Army SOPs.
5. Ensure accurate and timely documentation completion.
6. Guide learners in portfolio building and ensure progress tracking aligns with reporting processes.
