We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team, based full time out of our Liverpool Distribution Centre.
Reporting into the Recruitment Partner, you will be recruiting for a wide range of positions within our Supply Chain Network. As the Supply Chain Recruiter, you will support the network with all things recruitment, from an initial brief with the hiring manager to the offer and onboarding stage with successful candidates. Working closely with key stakeholders in multiple functions, you’ll ensure that B&M attracts, selects, and retains the best for our fast-paced business.
The Role Involves:
1. Collaborating with hiring managers to establish the requirements for the role.
2. Proactively resourcing using a variety of search methods to identify talent.
3. Facilitating the recruitment process, including telephone screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and providing candidate feedback.
4. Supporting the recruitment partner in collating data and insights to evaluate resourcing effectiveness and recommend improvements.
5. Supporting the talent pipelines across the supply chain network.
6. Supporting the onboarding process for new managers.
The Key Requirements and Skills for the Role Are:
1. Previous experience in a recruitment role, either in-house or agency.
2. Full working knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including onboarding.
3. Confident and credible, able to build relationships at all levels.
4. Understanding of the recruitment market.
5. Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing.
6. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
8. Highly organised, able to prioritise and react to change.
9. Results-focused and able to work to tight deadlines.
