We are looking for a Customer service administrator to proactively manage customer needs, expectations, and requirements, ensuring service level agreements are met and maximising opportunities to increase business revenues. Customer Service Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities: Delivering outstanding customer service, including handling enquiries, order progression, quotations, billing, and issue resolution. Liaising daily with management, team leaders, and operational staff. Overseeing projects on and off-site and developing strong relationships with key customers and internal staff. Acting as a key point of escalation for day-to-day issues, ensuring operational procedures are followed to maintain current accreditations. Maintaining high levels of security awareness and promoting health, safety, and environmental best practices. Customer Service Administrator - Skills & Requirements: Proven administration and IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment while maintaining quality standards. Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload management.
