Role Responsibility
The Business Support Team provides a comprehensive level of support to The Adoption Partnership (South East) Service. The role includes,
- The direct line supervision of experienced Business Support Officers
- Working collaboratively with our second Business Support Lead to ensure the Business Support workload is managed across the teams
- To provide support to our practitioners, teams managers and the service manager
You will need excellent organisation and communication skills and be able to proactively manage your workload, whilst supporting the management of workload across the wider team
You will have previous experience of line management and a strong administrative background. You should have good attention to detail and an understanding of data protection guidelines. You should be confident in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and be willing to undertake training on our bespoke databases. Minute taking skills training can be provided.
You will need to demonstrate a confident manner in liaising with professionals and organisations, acting as a contact point for the service, coordinating a range of tasks and monitoring staff performance.
The work is interesting, varied and demanding, and we need someone with a calm and organised approach who can make a positive contribution to the success of the team.
