Their technical expertise combined with their extensive inventory of AV and IT technologies gives them the unique ability to serve clients across all industries, from their initial event concept through to delivering an exceptional event experience.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing existing clients while actively generating new business to expand your portfolio. You’ll be the key link between the sales team and the operational side of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all KPIs are met. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for detail, this is the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Exhibition Manager to achieve targets that contribute to the overall goals of the company.
* Oversee quality control in equipment specifications, ensuring client requirements are met to the highest standard.
* Innovate and adapt processes to continuously deliver the best value to clients and internal teams.
* Develop new business and build long-term, meaningful relationships with key clients.
* Manage on-site client interactions, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
* Support a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.
* Be flexible and available for weekend work when required.
* Deliver on all set KPIs to drive company success.
