About the Role:
We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO of a reputable charity. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage the CEO's diary, take minutes, and handle committee papers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the CEO's diary and scheduling appointments
2. Preparing and sending committee papers
3. Taking and distributing minutes of meetings
4. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
5. Handling confidential information with discretion
6. Providing general administrative support as needed
What We're Looking For:
1. Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role
2. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
6. A proactive and flexible approach to work
