In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact at our
Teesside site
, creating a professional, welcoming, and positive first impression for colleagues and visitors alike. Beyond front-of-house duties, you’ll play a key role in supporting our facilities team by handling a variety of administrative and facilities-related tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What will you be doing? Be the face of our Teesside site
– Welcome visitors with a professional and friendly approach, manage sign-ins using Sky Visitor, and handle incoming calls efficiently.
Keep everything running smoothly
– Take ownership of ordering and auditing stationery and PPE, raising POs and invoices, and supporting key site engagement activities.
Work closely with the facilities team
– Collaborate to ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are always tidy, well-presented, and meeting high standards.
Make a real impact
– Play a key role in creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment, taking pride in presenting KP Teesside at its best.
Support wider projects
– Assist with visits, travel arrangements, and ongoing facility-related initiatives as needed.

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience: Confident with MS Office
– Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel to efficiently manage administrative tasks (to be tested at interview).
Excellent communicator
– Able to engage with colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Highly organised and proactive
– Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently and make informed decisions.
IT-literate
– Comfortable using various systems such as JDE and Kabba, with a willingness to learn new platforms.

– A commitment to maintaining high standards and presenting KP Teesside as a professional and welcoming environment.
