We are looking for a Commercial Support Coordinator to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days on site and 2 days from home.
You will work with our customers and internal teams across the Frontier business, supporting the regional sales teams, as well as helping coordinate the Commercial Support Assistants. You will work closely with Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to provide customer service and coordinate commercial administrative support.

Your Role
As a Commercial Support Coordinator your role will involve:
Supporting and coordinating the team of Commercial Support Assistants
Managing the hiring of Sample Collectors in preparation for our harvest season and managing their day-to-day activities once employed.
Managing and resolving incoming phone calls and emails from Customers in a professional manner
Proactive customer communication, service follow-up and collection of cropping information
Managing queries and issues through to resolution, within agreed SLA timeframes
Liaising with customers regarding all Precision Services product lines
Attending relevant training events and team meetings
Creating customer insight reports for Area Sales Managers
Email and telephone support for Area Sales Managers
Commercial campaigns via telephone, email and events to support sales generation
Accurate data input and management using Microsoft Office packages and bespoke systems
Managing the collation of cropping information from customers
