You will receive discretionary service charge and tips that can increase your hourly rate by up to £1.54 on average. A full time employee will receive around £3,200 per year in service charge and tips alone. Working in a busy 4 AA Star Boutique Hotel that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will work in all areas of the kitchen, focusing on one section at a time. Your duties will be varied and will include food preparation, stock control, cleaning and menu input. The role is very hands on and will give the successful candidate exceptional experience within the restaurant business. The Hotel itself is situated in the quiet backwater of Burnsall, which is in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
