Are you a creative and strategic marketer looking for a new challenge? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team at the Greater Manchester Institute of Technology (GMIoT) on a part-time, maternity cover basis.
About the Role:
As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead and deliver the GMIoT’s marketing strategy — driving student recruitment, managing brand awareness, and working with educational and employer partners to promote technical education across Greater Manchester. You’ll create compelling campaigns, manage social media content, organise events, and engage with key stakeholders to showcase the benefits of higher technical qualifications.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in a marketing role, ideally within education or skills development
2. A degree in Business or Marketing (or CIM qualification)
3. Strong communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to develop creative content and manage multi-channel campaigns
5. Organised, innovative, and results-driven
Part-time (18.5 hours/week) | 9-month maternity cover | Based in Greater Manchester
