Trauma Learning Coach – Secondary School in Torbay
Axcis Education is working with a secondary school in Torbay that is seeking a Trauma Learning Coach to support children who have experienced complex trauma and may, at times, display challenging behaviour. This role is available for both part-time and full-time candidates (Monday to Friday), with working hours from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The daily pay rate ranges from £80 to £95, depending on prior experience in mainstream or SEND school settings.

As a Trauma Learning Coach, you will:
Support students daily, helping them access their learning and provision
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
Coach students on emotional regulation and provide guidance on managing their feelings effectively
