You must have recent retail tyre fitting experience of at least one year to have any chance for this role.
Due to our expansion this year and plans for the future, we now require a Divisional Manager for this area. This role would suit an experienced tyre centre manager looking to further their career. Our centres typically have 2 or 3 members of staff in total. You will be fully trained to master company systems and procedures, holiday rotas, recruitment, people management, and much more before taking over centres and maximizing sales over your division.
This is no cushy office job - you will still be customer-facing and hands-on fitting tyres at times. Our working week is Monday to Saturday with every Sunday off.
Responsibilities in this role include:
* Achieving sales targets across the division
* Staff acquisition, retention, and performance
* Maintaining health & safety in our centres
* Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
* Centre stock management
