Temporary up to 31 March 2025
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Employability Bridgend as a Skills Trainer (a Shared Prosperity Fund project). The project aims to tackle the barriers that prevent individuals from accessing the labour market before matching local people with businesses, helping them gain vital experience to find long-term employment.
The successful applicants for this key post will work alongside other Skills Trainers. You will be an enthusiastic, motivated team worker who will plan, organise, deliver and evaluate sessions/courses at various venues throughout the county thus helping to deliver a successful Employability Bridgend project.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
