What You'll Do: As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, becoming a true partner to both schools and education professionals. This includes: Candidate Acquisition: Building a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing, online advertising, and networking. Client Relationship Management: Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Business Development: Identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our reach in the Bristol education market. Candidate Management: Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and beyond. This is a predominantly temporary recruitment environment. Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
