Position: Temporary HR Administrator/Coordinator Hybrid Location: North Leicester Salary: £12.82 - £13.84 per hour Duration: Immediate start, 4 weeks minimum The professional services team at SF Recruitment is seeking a highly capable and motivated HR Administrator/Coordinator to join an established client based in North Leicestershire. In this role, you will be a crucial member of the HR team, providing support to over 2,000 employees across the UK. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of functions, including administration, recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and service delivery. Key Duties: Ensure HR records and procedures are up-to-date throughout the entire employee life cycle. Administer and coordinate with payroll for joiners, leavers, and employee changes. Collect and analyse feedback, including exit interviews, to continuously improve processes and ensure an exceptional employee experience from onboarding to exit. Update and maintain databases and records, including managing sickness and maternity leave data. Ensure all HR files are maintained in compliance with GDPR guidelines. Complete right-to-work checks in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum, and Nationality Act 2006. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries. Manage purchase orders and invoice processing. Generate training reports as required. Experience Required: Possess a passion for delivering first-class customer service to line managers and colleagues. Demonstrate strong initiative and sound judgement.
